The case for the ICC Trial Competition 2010 was developed by Prof. Göran Sluiter, Professor of International Criminal Law from University of Amsterdam, and member of the defence team of Germaine Katanga. Prof. Sluiter is a respected expert in the field of international criminal law and an author of many publications on this subject.
