The Case for the 1st edition of the ICC Trial Competition is not yet available. The case is being developed by Prof. Roy S. Lee, Executive Secretary of the 1998 Rome Conference on the establishment of the International Criminal Court, Professor of Law at Columbia University Law School (Adjunct Faculty) and Senior Fellow at the United Nations Institute for Training and Research.
