The Case for the 3rd edition of the ICC Trial Competition will be published on 1 October 2009. The case is being developed by Prof. Goran Sluiter, Professor of International Criminal Law from University of Amsterdam, and member of the defence team of Germaine Katanga. Prof. Sluiter is a respected expert in the field of international criminal law and an author of many publications on this subject.
